Accessibility

Last updated August 8, 2026

OnCallAI Pro is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or who are sensitive to motion.

The standard we build to

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act and by the U.S. Department of Justice.

What we've built in

  • A "skip to main content" link as the first item on every page.
  • Semantic headings in order, and landmarks for header, navigation, main content and footer.
  • Every interactive element reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus outline.
  • Text and interface colours tested to meet or exceed the 4.5:1 contrast minimum for body text.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
  • Form fields with real, associated labels, required fields marked in text as well as colour, and errors announced.
  • Decorative video that is muted, carries no information on its own, and never auto-plays sound.
  • Full respect for the operating system's "reduce motion" setting — all animation, auto-playing video and count-up effects stop.
  • Layout that reflows to 320px and supports zoom to 200% without loss of content.
  • The whole site works with JavaScript disabled.

Known limitations

We're honest about where we're not there yet:

  • The scheduling calendar is provided by Google. Its accessibility is outside our control. If you have trouble with it, call 210-794-7310 or email us and we'll book the time for you.
  • The illustrated phone on the home page is decorative. Its content is also provided as text for screen readers, but it is not interactive.

Our service itself

Because our product is a phone receptionist, accessibility matters on the call as well as on the page. Our receptionists are configured to speak clearly at a measured pace, to repeat information on request, to never require a caller to press keys on a keypad, and to transfer to a human whenever a caller asks. If a caller uses a relay service, the receptionist will hand off to a person.

Tell us about a barrier

If any part of this site or our service is hard to use, we want to know — and we'll fix it. Please include the page and what happened.

Phone: 210-794-7310

We aim to respond within two business days, and to give you the information you were looking for in another format straight away while we work on a fix.

Ongoing work

Accessibility isn't a one-time audit. We re-check this site whenever we make significant changes, and we welcome feedback that tells us where our testing missed something.
