We design and build the site, then put the receptionist behind it. One team for the thing that gets found and the thing that picks up.
Hand-built, not assembled.
No page builder, no theme, no plugin stack quietly slowing everything down. Written by hand, which is why it loads before your customer gives up.
Opens before they give up
Most people find you on a phone with two bars in a parking lot. That's the machine we build for, not a desktop on office wi-fi.
One thing to do
Call, or book. Every page points at the same action instead of offering six, and she answers whatever it sends.
Yours, on your domain
You own the domain and the site. Nothing is rented back to you, and nothing stops working if you stop paying us.
Better together
The site finds them. She answers them.
A site that brings in calls nobody picks up is an expensive brochure. A receptionist with nothing pointing at her is a phone that never rings. They're one job, and most shops buy them from two people who never speak to each other.
Built together, the booking button and the phone line end in the same calendar — and when your hours or your prices change, you tell us once.
How a site gets built.
We look at what you have
What's there now, what your customers always ask before they book, and what the shop down the road is doing better than you.
You see it before it's live
A real page on a real link, not a slide deck. You open it on your own phone and tell us what's wrong with it.
It goes live on your domain
We point the domain, check it on real devices, and hand you the keys. Changes after that are a text message.
What it costs
A site is a one-time build, not a subscription.
You pay once to have it built and you own it. There is no monthly fee for the site itself, nothing rented back to you, and nothing that stops working if you stop paying us.
The number depends on how many pages you need and whether you already have photos, copy and a domain. It is a short conversation, not a proposal process — tell us what you have and we will give you a figure on the call.
Hosting is yours and it is cheap. If you take a receptionist as well, that is the monthly part, and it starts at $89.
- Hand-built, no page builder and no plugin stack
- Fast on a phone with two bars, which is where people find you
- Written for the searches your customers actually type
- Your domain, your site, handed over at the end
- English and Spanish if your market needs both
- Changes afterwards are a text message, not a change order
Found, not just built
A site nobody finds is a business card you paid for twice.
Most small business sites are built to look finished, not to be found. They have one page called Services that lists nine trades, no page for the town they work in, and a heading that says "Welcome" — which is a phrase nobody has ever searched for.
We build the pages your customers are actually typing. A page per real service, a page for the city, headings that use the words a person uses when their water heater has gone, and the structured data that lets Google and ChatGPT read your hours and your prices as facts rather than as marketing.
This site is the example. If you want to see the approach before you buy it, look at what we did for ourselves — the pricing is public, the prices are machine-readable, and there is a page for every trade and every town we serve.
Common questions
The things owners ask about a site.
How much does a website cost?
It is a one-time build fee rather than a monthly subscription, and the figure depends on how many pages you need and whether you already have photos and copy.
We will give you a real number on the call rather than sending a proposal a week later. There is no monthly charge for the site itself.
Do I own the site?
Yes, and the domain. It is handed over at the end and nothing is rented back to you.
If you stopped working with us tomorrow the site keeps running. That is not true of most builders who put you on their platform.
Do I have to take the receptionist too?
No. Plenty of people take just the site. They are sold separately and priced separately.
They are better together — the booking button and the phone line end in the same calendar — but that is an argument, not a requirement.
How long does it take?
A small site is usually a couple of weeks, and most of the delay is waiting on photos and on you telling us what is wrong with the draft.
You see it on a real link on your own phone before it goes anywhere near your domain.
Can you fix the site I already have?
Sometimes. If it is on a platform we can work with and the bones are decent, rebuilding the pages that matter is cheaper than starting again.
If it is a page builder with thirty plugins, starting again is usually cheaper than untangling it, and we will say so rather than billing you to find out.
Will it be in Spanish as well?
If your market needs it, yes. In South Texas that is most markets, and a site that only speaks English is doing the same thing to your visitors that a phone menu does to your callers.
The next call is already on its way.
Half an hour is enough to know whether she'd work for you.
