These SMS Terms govern text messages sent by OnCallAI Pro to clients and prospects who have opted in to receive them. By giving us your phone number and consenting on our intake form, you agree to these terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Message types
- Appointment confirmations — confirmation of a booked appointment or call.
- Appointment reminders — reminders before an upcoming appointment.
- Account notifications — updates about your OnCallAI Pro service, onboarding or account activity.
We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional texts.
Message frequency
Frequency varies with your appointments and account activity. Expect up to a few messages per appointment or onboarding event.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. OnCallAI Pro is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You'll receive one final confirmation and no further texts. To re-subscribe, reply START.
