AI answering service · Med spas & clinics
An answering service
for med spas
and clinics.
An AI receptionist for med spas, aesthetics clinics and dental offices. She takes intake properly, books the consult, and knows exactly which questions belong to a person instead of a phone.
What she handles, and what she hands over.
Consults
Books them, takes the intake, and confirms by text so the chair doesn't sit empty on the day.
New patients
Name, number, what they're asking about, and how they found you. Written up before you pick up the phone.
Reschedules
Handled without a receptionist stopping what they're doing, and without a game of voicemail tag.
Clinical questions
Not answered. Flagged and routed to your team, every time, no exceptions.
She will not quote a treatment.
Pricing in aesthetics depends on the face in front of you, and a number given over the phone is a number you have to walk back in the room.
So she doesn't give one. She books the consult, which is the thing that was always going to have to happen anyway.
The honest comparison
Voicemail, a call center, or this.

A consult enquiry has a short shelf life.
Somebody deciding on tox or filler is usually deciding at night, on their phone, after comparing three clinics. The one that picks up is the one that gets the consult, and it is very rarely the one with the best injector.
She answers, takes the intake questions you wrote, and books the consult while they still want it. A single consult is worth more than a year of the plan for most clinics, which makes this an unusually easy sum.
What she will never do is practise medicine on the phone. Anything clinical — whether a patient is a candidate, how a medication interacts, what a result will look like — goes to your team, with the question written down so nobody has to ask it twice.
What it costs
How much does an answering service for a med spa cost?
From $89 a month. Most clinics sit on Standard at $300, which is 500 minutes and roughly 200 calls. One consult that turns into a treatment plan generally covers the year.
- Starter · 100 min, ~40 calls $89 /mo
- Small · 250 min, ~100 calls $175 /mo
- Standard · 500 min, ~200 calls $300 /mo
- Busy · 1,000 min, ~400 calls $500 /mo
- High Volume · 2,000 min, ~800 calls $850 /mo
A front desk coordinator runs three to four thousand a month and is with a patient for most of it. The calls this catches are the ones nobody was free to take.
- Answers 24/7, including evenings and weekends
- Books consults into your real calendar
- Takes the intake questions you wrote
- Routes anything clinical to your team
- English and Spanish on the same number
- You keep your existing number

Questions we get from med spas.
How much does an answering service for a med spa cost?
From $89 a month for about 40 calls, up to $850 for about 800. Most clinics land at $300, which covers roughly 200 calls.
No contract and no per-call charge. Given what a single consult is worth, this is usually the easiest line item on the page.
Will it quote treatment prices?
Only the ones you approve, and only as the starting prices you gave us. It will not price a treatment plan over the phone, because that depends on the patient and on your injector's judgement.
Everything else becomes a consult, which is the outcome you wanted from that call anyway.
What happens with a clinical question?
It doesn't answer it. Whether somebody is a candidate, how something interacts with a medication, what to expect from a result — all of that goes to your team with the question written down.
It says plainly that a clinician will answer, rather than deflecting or guessing.
Is this HIPAA compliant?
Calls are recorded and transcribed, and that data is yours, isn't sold, and isn't used to train anything outside your own setup.
We are not going to claim a compliance posture on a marketing page. Tell us on the call what your obligations are and we'll walk through exactly how the data is handled and what we'd need to sign, so you can make that call properly.
Can it take intake before the consult?
Yes, the questions you write. Area of interest, whether they've had the treatment before, how they found you, and anything you need in front of you before the appointment.
It arrives with the booking, so the consult starts further along than it otherwise would.
Does it answer in Spanish?
Yes, on the same number, with no menu and no transfer. It hears which language the caller opens in and answers in that one, and switches mid-call if they do.
After hours is when they call.
People research a treatment at ten at night and call on impulse. Voicemail loses that lead to whoever picks up next. She answers, books, and you read the summary in the morning.
The next call is already on its way.
Half an hour is enough to know whether she'd work for you.
