AI appointment booking

She books it
into your real
calendar.

Not a message asking you to call back. She reads your actual availability, offers real open times, and writes the appointment in.

How it works.

01

Reads your real availability

Your live calendar, not a guess. She only offers times that are genuinely free.

02

Offers real options

Two or three times that work, the way a person would, rather than making the caller pick a slot out of the air.

03

Writes it in properly

Name, number, what they need, and anything else you asked for, in the appointment itself.

04

Confirms it out loud

The caller hangs up knowing when they're booked, so nobody is waiting on a confirmation call.

A message is not a booking.

Most answering services take a message. That means somebody on your side still has to call back, catch the person, agree a time and write it down — for every single call.

So the service has moved the work rather than removed it, and it's created a gap where a customer can change their mind or book somewhere else while they wait for you.

Booking it on the call closes that gap. The caller is committed before they hang up, and there's nothing sitting in a queue waiting on you.

What she connects to today.

Google Calendar, Square Appointments, Calendly and Cal.com, right now, with nothing for you to set up beyond letting us connect it.

If you're on something else, tell us what on the call. Some systems have an open door and some genuinely don't — Vagaro's access is granted per merchant and takes about five business days plus $10 a month on your side, and GlossGenius has no public API at all. We'd rather tell you which case you're in before you pay us than after.

Where a system is closed, we run the receptionist's calendar alongside it. That works, and we'll say plainly that it's a workaround rather than pretending it's an integration.

What it costs

Included on every plan, from $89 a month.

There is no tier where this is switched off. The only thing that changes between plans is how much phone you have.

  • Starter · 100 min, ~40 calls $89 /mo
  • Small · 250 min, ~100 calls $175 /mo
  • Standard · 500 min, ~200 calls $300 /mo
  • Busy · 1,000 min, ~400 calls $500 /mo
  • High Volume · 2,000 min, ~800 calls $850 /mo

Common questions

The things people ask.

Does it really write into my calendar?

Yes, into your live calendar with the customer's name, number and what they need. Not a message asking you to call back.

It reads your real availability first, so it never offers a time you're not free.

What booking software do you work with?

Google Calendar, Square Appointments, Calendly and Cal.com today.

Vagaro has an API but it's gated per merchant account, takes around five business days to approve and costs $10 a month on your side. GlossGenius has no public API. For those we run a calendar alongside, and we'll tell you that's what's happening.

Can it book by staff member?

Yes. It knows who does what, who's in on which days, and who a returning customer usually sees, and books into that person's column.

What about reschedules and cancellations?

It moves them in the calendar rather than messaging you about it, and can offer the freed slot to the next caller who wants that service.

The next call is already on its way.

Half an hour is enough to know whether she'd work for you.
